Detailed Description
Introduction to Feed Grade Dicalcium Phosphate
Feed grade dicalcium phosphate can be used in feed processing as a supplement for phosphorus and calcium. Because its phosphorus-to-calcium ratio is closest to that in animal bones and it can completely dissolve in animal stomach acid, it easily enters the animal's body to participate in metabolism and maintain the phosphorus-to-calcium ratio in bones. It promotes rapid growth in animals and is currently recognized domestically and internationally as one of the best mineral feed additives. It can accelerate the growth and development of livestock and poultry, shorten the fattening period, and promote rapid weight gain; it can improve breeding rates and survival rates of livestock and poultry, enhance their disease resistance and cold tolerance, and has preventive and therapeutic effects on cartilage disease, white diarrhea, and paralysis in livestock and poultry. Generally, adding 3%-5% of the total feed amount to animal feed results in an average increase of 15%-20% in meat, eggs, and milk production in livestock and poultry, yielding significant economic benefits.
In recent years, breeding has developed towards intensive and large-scale trends, and the usage rate of dicalcium phosphate has become increasingly widespread, with its advantages in the breeding industry becoming more apparent. It plays a role in supplementing both phosphorus and calcium for animal growth, so its application range is broad and it is increasingly accepted by breeders.
