Detailed Description
The application of Aspergillus oryzae in fermented feed is a multifaceted process involving biotransformation, nutritional enhancement, and environmental benefits. The following are its applications in fermented feed.
1. Decomposition of anti-nutritional factors
Enzymes secreted by Aspergillus oryzae (such as phytase, cellulase, protease) can break down phytic acid, cellulose, and complex proteins,
releasing absorbable phosphorus, monosaccharides, and amino acids.
2. Improving nutritional value
Protein degradation: crude protein content can increase by 10-20% after fermentation, with an increased proportion of small peptides to promote absorption.
Probiotic effect: metabolites such as lactic acid and polysaccharides can act as prebiotics, beneficially regulating the animal gut microbiota.
3. Improving feed palatability and preservation
Palatability enhancement: production of organic acids (such as citric acid, lactic acid) increases acidic aroma, stimulating animal feed intake.
Antibacterial effect: acetic acid and propionic acid inhibit pathogens like Escherichia coli, extending shelf life.
4. Immune regulation function
Active substances such as β-glucans enhance immunity by activating macrophages.
5. Environmental protection and resource utilization
By-product conversion: for example, cellulose utilization rate can increase by 50% after straw fermentation, while reducing pollution from burning.
II. Usage and dosage
1. Method of use: pretreat raw materials by solid-state fermentation or directly add the microbial agent. The fermentation environment should be between 20°C and 40°C,
humidity 40%-60%, duration 48h-72h.
2. Dosage: recommended 0.03% to 0.05%, calculated based on mixed dry material.
3. Quality index: viable bacteria count ≥ 10 billion/g
4. Shelf life: 12 months.
5. Storage method: store sealed in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
6. Precautions: use as soon as possible after opening or mixing with other materials, especially those with high moisture content.
