Detailed Description
Rapeseed meal is a byproduct obtained after extracting oil from rapeseeds using pressing or pre-pressing and extraction methods. It is a good source of protein, but its application is greatly limited due to the presence of antinutritional components such as glucosinolates, erucic acid, tannins, and phytic acid. Compared to ordinary rapeseed meal, double-low rapeseed meal has lower erucic acid and glucosinolate content. Further processing through fermentation and enzymatic hydrolysis results in cottonseed meal, effectively reducing the antinutritional factors glucosinolates and phytic acid in rapeseed meal, significantly increasing the small peptide content, and is of great significance for expanding the use of rapeseed protein. This allows for better application in animal feed.
