Detailed Description
Urea, also known as carbamide, with the chemical formula CH4N2O, is a white columnar crystal or white powder composed of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen, one of the simplest organic compounds.
FCC urea is a metabolite, the main role of which is to provide microorganisms with a nitrogen source that is easily absorbed, and promote the reproduction and metabolism of microorganisms during fermentation. During the fermentation process, urea can be decomposed into compounds such as ammonia and carbon dioxide through the metabolic reaction of microorganisms, becoming one of the sources of low molecular weight organic matter.
Packaging:Tonne bags; small packaging can be customized according to customer needs.
Shelf life:2 years
Function:
1. Feed fermentation. FCC urea is primarily designed to reduce the excessive production of ethanol and lactic acid in the feed manufacturing process. By adding urea, you can avoid over-acidity in the feed, enjoy the benefits of feed silage, and avoid the side effects caused by over-acidity. So as to improve its nutritional value, feed conversion rate and utilization rate. Suitable for adding to pig feed, poultry feed, ruminant feed and aquatic feed.
2. Used as a nitrogen source. Nitrogen is of great significance to the growth and development of microorganisms, which use it to synthesize amino acids and bases in cells, and then synthesize cellular components such as proteins and nucleic acids, as well as nitrogen-containing metabolites.
3. It can provide nitrogen for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, and it is also the main material for proteins, nucleic acids and other nitrogen compounds that constitute organisms.
4. Alcoholic fermentation. FCC urea is the main precursor of ethyl carbamate in the alcoholic fermentation process. Yeast is the main microorganism of urea metabolism, and yeast (fungus) can be directly used by yeast by using urea as a nitrogen source to save energy and improve utilization rate. It is mainly used for the fermentation of beer and red wine.
5. Culture medium. The addition of urea to the medium makes it the only source of nitrogen to isolate bacteria that can break down urea, and this urea-added medium is functionally a selective medium.
