Detailed Description
Spent brewer's yeast is a byproduct of the yeast fermentation stage in beer production, mainly composed of brewer's yeast, hops, and malt. This yeast powder is a thick sediment formed by yeast cells at the bottom of the container after wort fermentation.
Brewer's yeast powder contains various nutrients and essential trace elements, including proteins, fats, crude fiber, minerals, amino acids, and vitamins. It is a highly nutritious feed additive.
Brewer's yeast powder is suitable for addition to pig feed, poultry feed, ruminant feed, and aquatic feed. In addition to directly adding brewer's yeast powder to animal feed, it can also be mixed with other fermentable substances (such as soybean meal and corn stalks) for fermentation, improving feed digestibility, absorption, palatability, especially for piglets and aquatic feed, and promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria. Brewer's yeast powder is rich in microbial protein and small peptides, with good digestibility and absorption. It is also rich in vitamin B group, nucleotides, active peptides, and polysaccharides (related to intestinal health and immune regulation).
