Detailed Description
Glutamic acid residue is a by-product mainly derived from the solid waste in the production process of glutamic acid. Glutamic acid is an important amino acid. During the production of glutamic acid, a large amount of by-product, glutamic acid residue, is generated. It is suitable for addition to pig feed, poultry feed, ruminant feed, and aquaculture feed. The application of glutamic acid residue in livestock and poultry feed is very extensive. It contains rich nutrients such as protein, fat, minerals, and vitamins, increasing its nutritional value. The protein content in glutamic acid residue is relatively high and can provide essential amino acids for livestock and poultry. Additionally, glutamic acid residue is rich in minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, etc. It also contains abundant vitamins such as vitamin A and vitamin B.
