Yeast Culture

Feed-grade yeast cultures are feed additives produced by fermenting and drying high-quality yeast strains through a specialized process. They are rich in yeast metabolites, amino acids, vitamins, and bioactive substances, which help regulate the balance of intestinal microflora in livestock and poultry, enhance digestion and nutrient absorption, boost immune function, improve feed palatability, and reduce farming costs. These cultures are suitable for use in feed formulations for various livestock and poultry species, including pigs, poultry, and ruminants.

Sunflower Meal

Sunflower meal for feed is a high-quality byproduct obtained after oil extraction from sunflower seeds. It appears as pale yellow fragments with a natural sunflower aroma. It is suitable for ruminants, pigs, and poultry and can partially replace soybean meal to reduce costs. Supplementing with lysine and combining it with enzyme preparations can enhance digestibility and utilization, thereby promoting animal growth and improving production performance.

Chili Meal for Animal Feed

Chili Meal is the residue left after extracting natural pigments and chili oil from premium-grade chilies; it appears as a slightly reddish or pale yellow powder. It can be used as a feed ingredient for animals, as chili meal retains not only the nutritional components naturally found in chilies but also boasts abundant proteins, various amino acids, fats and carbohydrates, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, capsaicinoids, and multiple essential minerals.

Beer Yeast Slurry

Beer Yeast Slurry is crafted using a unique process that combines yeast liquid aerobic fermentation with solid-state deep anaerobic fermentation and enzymatic hydrolysis, resulting in the production of enhanced metabolic byproducts. This process also breaks down yeast cells more thoroughly, releasing greater amounts of yeast-derived cellular components—such as yeast cell wall immunopolysaccharides, nucleotides, and yeast protein peptides—which collectively stimulate appetite, help balance gut microbiota, improve animal performance, and boost immune function.

Peanut Meal

Peanut Meal is a byproduct of peanut oil extraction, characterized by its yellow-brown or light-brown color and a loose, flaky, powdery, or granular texture, accompanied by the inherent aroma of peanut meal. It boasts a crude protein content of up to 40% or more, along with relatively high metabolic energy, as well as essential nutrients such as crude fiber and minerals. Peanut meal is suitable for use in feed production for pigs, poultry, ruminants, and other animals; however, due to factors like amino acid imbalances, it should be properly combined with other ingredients when incorporated into diets.

Sesame Meal

Feed-grade sesame meal is a high-quality plant-based protein feed derived from sesame oil extraction, offering a cost-effective alternative to soybean meal. When used in combination with phytase, it enhances nutrient utilization without compromising animal performance—provided it’s added at the recommended proportions. This makes it a highly cost-efficient and nutritious protein ingredient for animal feed.
